Niharika Srivastav

Niharika has dedicated more than 25 years to bridging the gap between AI innovations and corporate compliance requirements. Her executive roles at Deloitte, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, and Blue Shield of California have shaped her deep expertise in working with large enterprises. As the Managing Director of the Drishtee Foundation, she provides more than 200,000 rural women entrepreneurs with access to AI tools and digital technologies. She completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford, holds an MBA from the Delhi School of Economics, and received her engineering education at Delhi College of Engineering. Her competencies include managing portfolios of initiatives, implementing AI solutions, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated industries. Niharika excels at translating the complexity of AI into a language that legal teams can understand, which is essential for the approval and scaling of technologies.
