Gregor Ojstersek

Gregor is an engineering leader with over 11 years of experience in development. Throughout his career, he advanced from an engineer to a senior developer, and then to leadership positions: team lead, engineering manager, head of engineering, vice president of engineering, and chief technology officer (CTO). Today, he helps people, teams, and companies grow by working as a Fractional/Interim CTO and technical advisor. Gregor is also actively involved in coaching and mentoring, supporting both engineers and technical leaders in their professional growth.
