I'm Kyle Prinsloo, I started SWD in December 2015 to help others become web developers. My focus was to generate a side-income while I was working a full-time job and this website started off as a resource for others interested in learning web development. I soon found out that there were thousands in the same boat as me, but they found it hard to get clients and to earn a consistent income. After 12 months of learning and working with clients, I earned more than my full-time income and I eventually left to freelance full-time. This brings us to today, where I'm fortunate enough to share what I know after freelancing for over 5 years. That handsome man on the left is my business partner, Johannes Bouwer. We are focused on making SWD the go-to resource for web developers wanting to become freelancers.
