BigData Team

BigData Team was founded by Alexei Dral, a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. In between working in IT - Amazon AWS, Yandex, Rambler - Alexey developed his education in the field of machine learning and Big Data in Russia. First as a guest lecturer, then as a deputy. director for innovation work at MIPT. After that, Alexey headed the training of data professions at the Sberbank Corporate University. We emerged as a company in 2017. Our team’s first project was the launch of a joint specialization with Yandex, Big Data for Data Engineers, on Coursera, which already has more than 60,000 listeners.
