Course short description
The course materials provide important knowledge on ensuring comprehensive security of network infrastructure, which allows to significantly reduce the risk of hacking of company networks and services or reduce the consequences of such attacks. A unique feature of the course is laboratory work, where participants can act as both hackers and network security administrators.
During the course, participants will scan, attack and intercept confidential information in order to then learn how to protect systems from such attacks. The vulnerabilities of some popular solutions will be shown and alternative and more secure options will be offered. All laboratory work is as close as possible to real conditions, which allows you to easily integrate them into the existing company network.
The course is designed for system administrators who need to ensure comprehensive security of the network infrastructure using free software (FS) on the Linux platform, as well as for those who plan to develop skills in the field of information security.
