Course short description
Unity A basic course on creating a 2D game from scratch, created specifically for schoolchildren. For the first time, we developed a course for younger audiences from 12 years old. The course contains many examples and explanations of complex and abstract programming concepts.
During the learning process, the young developer will independently install and configure Unity for work; create your first project and character; will configure player control using scripts. We'll explain what programming is, cover the basic concepts and topics needed to write scripts, and break down every line of code for our 2D game. Taking this course will be really fun! At the end of the training, the student will be able to independently create full-fledged 2D games, using a wide range of commands, functions and methods of the C# language.
If your son or daughter is interested in games, this course will help direct his energy in the right direction and turn from a gamer into an experienced game developer! Unity course on creating a 2D game can be the first strong step towards the future profession of a programmer.
Training requirements:
This course is designed for schoolchildren who understand that such as fractional numbers and coordinate axes. The recommended age for taking a course on creating a 2D game is 12 years old. At this age, students are already familiar with the basic concepts of mathematics and will be able to study independently. To install Unity, you will need 30 GB of free space on the C drive. All programs that are necessary to complete this course are downloaded for free from the official developer sites!
