SQL: Tester Tools

The course “SQL: Tester Tools” is designed to quickly dive into the skills that a tester needs. The theory is given in the amount minimally necessary for practice. The knowledge and skills acquired in this course will help you start working with SQL by learning, although not all, but the most necessary commands: SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, WHERE, HAVING, GROUP BY, JOIN, LIKE and so on.

In this course you will learn:

• Receive and sort data from a database;
• Customize filters;
• Carry out calculations;
• Group data and tables;
• Work with subqueries and combined queries;
• Add and change data in the database;
• Create tables and databases.

During the course you will find a lot of homework on writing various queries and creating tables. Each of your requests will be reviewed by the course teachers and you will receive feedback.

Attention, the course is aimed primarily at practice. You will have access to three databases and will be able to try out everything that was discussed in class.
